3 cold miles to the bridge with the usual crew

good afternoon workout. ran a 2.5 warmup, drills, then 4x200m starts (to practice getting out at nike) then 3x1 mile dirt repeats with first 2 at 93% and last one at goal nike pace. really good stuff. hit 5:16, 5:19, 4:49. the 4:49 didn't feel all out and i negative split, also i'm glad i could hammer that out on the dirt. we had 3 guys under 4:50 and 6 under 5 on the last one, so this was a sick workout from everyone. grateful for boston

Scratch that, 7 under 5 minutes

3 easy to hidden valley again. I need to stop wearing so much clothes.

great afternoon workout from everyone in the rain. at the muddy, slippery little valley park we did a 2.5 mile warmup, drills, then 4x200m starts, then 12x400m at 1:10-1:13 with the last 4 at 1:06-1:08, then a mile cooldown. legs were heavy from pretty much everyone, which is why i think this workout was great cuz we all hit our times. ranged from 1:10-1:12 on the first 8, then i ranged 1:05-1:08 on the last 4. great push from everyone. finished really hard due to a great speech from coach which was eye opening and motivating to the max

3 easy this morning with coach boston and lily. spencer passed us later chanting spells at us, i think it's affecting me.

Today was the Halloween run, I was a guy straight out of like 1973 it was great lol. I didn't plan anything until this morning when I decided to just google "70s men's fashion" and I just tried to copy the first pic that came up. Me and Scott went to the DI 4th period to try and put stuff together and it worked out awesome

Met at Warner valley at 630 with the crew to do our workout. It was 10 miles total, first 5 miles warmup then 3 miles at 6:30 pace then last 2 miles at goal Nike pace. I'd say we did pretty good considering the hard week. Jaiden hit 10:07 Josh was 10:15 Bryson was 10:25 I was 10:30 and Scott and bos and gibby killed it too. We all negative split and it was sick and now we're at Denny's making sweet passionate conversation. Oh also we went up to watch the big sky conference XC championships it was sick Hayden Hawks is my idol. SUU would be cool to run for. Also we got a pic with good ol cam Levins which was also pretty neat
