1600m: 4:29.5 (Utah state championships)

3200m: 9:43.1 (Nike Chandler invite)

morning- 3 easy with boston. slept in a bit because of the weird day today. good talks with boston, time to do some hw and then walking dead and chill

Afternoon- 4.5 easy with 4x200m. Good run. Lost my visible views so that sucks but who cares, as long as I see my blog I'm happy lol. I've been thinking, there's gonna be lots of "lasts" this season. Gotta make it count.
