3 easy to hidden valley 

warmup, 6x500m hill repeats, 4x400m progression finishes, cooldown. i hit 1:41, then coach said dial it back to about 80%, then i hit 1:43, 1:45, 1:47, 1:44, 1:39 for an average of 1:43. good stuff for our first workout in the heat. halfway up the hill on the last one, spencer looked over at me and said "for frodo" and took off, i would have stuck with him if i wasn't laughing so hard lol. ice bathed with boston and all the beautiful sophomore girls, so pretty much just boston.

3 easy to hidden valley

Warmup, first 2 mile time trial at bhnp, barefoot cool down. Well I felt like ultimate garbage, idk what's wrong cuz I felt the same way yesterday and this morning. But I was faster than last year, and I'd say that's pretty good considering how bad I felt today

I just looked at this same time trial from last year, and almost our whole 1-7 was faster than kales winning time from last year, and I was 2 seconds faster this year despite feeling like the south side of a mule. Good stuff from the crew todizzle 

Also today was my last first bad workout cuz I'm a senior. There's gonna be a lot of "lasts" this season :'(

Warmup, drills, monster fartlek: 1:1 2:2 3:3 4:4 5:5 4:4 3:3 2:2 1:1, with a tiny cooldown. This was a great workout from everyone, coach had different people lead each rep, Matt led the first 1, joe and boston led the 2, spencer led the 3, I led the 4, scott led the 5, Bryson led the 4, ginge led the 3, Gibby led the 2, and Caden led the 1. Everybody pushed harder when they had to lead, it was great. In the eternal words of Julian Casablancas: please don't slow me down if I'm going too fast
