Morning- 3 easy to the bridge

Afternoon- we had our second time trial today. we did at BHNP, so a hard course of course lol. warmup, 2 mile race, then 4xfinishes, cooldown, core. we started and jaiden and spence led it at first, we hit the mile around 5:30, then it came to just me and jaiden with josh back a little bit. when we got to the steep hill the second time, i dropped jaiden, then with about 600m to go josh came up on my side and we ran side by side til about 100m to go where i outkicked him for first on the team with 11:01. pretty good stuff, then we finished hard (with the help of josh mcphie) and did core. yeeeeeaaahh

Morning- 3 easy

Afternoon- warmup, drills, 8x800m repeats at BHNP over hay bales to practice for AF, cool down. Our goal range was 2:30 to 2:40, I hit 2:41 and then 2:33-34 on the next 5, then 2:32 and 2:31. Felt comfortably hard. Bryson biffed it but then he caught back up it was sick lol

Race: American Fork Grass Relays (2 Miles) 00:10:28

AF GRASS RELAYS

Warmed up about 3 miles jogging around cheering everyone on cuz I was our 4th leg. Jaiden ran well, tanner felt like crap or else we would have done better but it's all good, he's a stud, and you can't control how you feel in a race. Josh closed a lot of gap, gave the baton to me. Lone peak had about a 15 second lead on me when I got the baton, it took the whole first mile to catch up to Jamison. I caught them at mile 1, then we worked together until about 500 to go where he made a move that I tried to match, but couldn't quite stick in there. Handed spence the baton in 4th and he held it. All things considered it was pretty good, especially cuz a flat 2 miles isn't our forte, our forte is hilly 3 miles with the TEAM all together. Super pumped to show everyone who we really are at BYU. Cooled down barefoot and drank some good stuff. My time was 10:28, which was 1 second away from getting a plaque  G dang it lol. Good stuff from everyone
