morning- 3 easy with boston. slept in a bit because of the weird day today. good talks with boston, time to do some hw and then walking dead and chill

Afternoon- 4.5 easy with 4x200m. Good run. Lost my visible views so that sucks but who cares, as long as I see my blog I'm happy lol. I've been thinking, there's gonna be lots of "lasts" this season. Gotta make it count.

REGION

No morning run this morning. Idk how I felt about it because it felt like my legs never warmed up during our warm up, maybe it's because of no running in the morning. Who knows. Anyway we warmed up and it was pretty sad cuz it's my last region race. Legs felt flat. The gun went off and I got out right where I wanted to be. Mile 1 felt chill. Mile 2 was a little harder, i was still top 3 but I was fading. Idk why I just felt drained all day today. But I worked my way back up on the final long uphill section and caught nick, but at the top of the hill he blew by me and I couldn't hang. Kinda cruised it in to the finish. Weird race. But we won with 22 pts to 38 pts so that's pretty good. Took 6th just like last year. All in all it was probably a good race cuz the course was hard and it was actually longer than 3 but I won't guess on the distance for this entry. Now it's time to focus up for state, because that's the real goal. Good stuff from everyone today

Met at Warner valley with Boston, Bryson and Riley Swaney. It was nice perfect weather. Ran 5 easy then started a 5x:30 sec with 30 sec recovery workout. Coach said just kind of ease into race pace, so that's what me Boston and Bryson did. Then we finished hard the last one. Felt good and I'm super pumped for state. I will achieve my goal.
